Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. RBHA Prevention Services Unit offers courses for individuals (ages 18 and older) who work alongside youth and/or adults.

REVIVE! Training

REVIVE! trains individuals to be prepared for an opioid overdose emergency with the administration of Naloxone, a medication that reverses the effects of an opioid overdose. This training is available monthly at RBHA and upon request at any Richmond organization’s location.
